
Young Researcher and Innovator Conference Grants
Young Researcher and Innovator Conference Grants. These fund a presentation by a Young Researcher and Innovator (individuals <40 years old) in a high-level conference not organized by the Action.

Who can apply?
Young Researcher and Innovator (individuals <40 years old) who are already associated with the COST Action EuroCurvoBioNet or work on related topics. For this funding period each person can only submit one application.
How to apply?
The application documents need to be submitted on the e-COST website:

The application includes information regarding the applicant and the conference intended.
Applications must be eligible (see Annotated Rules for COST Actions) and in line with the Action research topics.
Selection
The applications will be ranked by the Grant Awarding Coordinators together with the Chair and the Vice Chair and the WG leaders of the action based on following criteria:
• scientific quality
• feasibility of the approach proposed,
• benefit to the development of the COST Action
The selection will follow the COST policies on inclusiveness.
The final ranking will be approved by the Action Chair and Vice-Chair.
The selected researchers should wait for the official invitation from the Grant Holder before booking any travel arrangements.
Important Dates

• Submission on the fly, open until Sept. 30th 2025, or until the funds allocated for the call are exhausted
• Decision on funding will be announced up to 2 weeks after receiving the application
• The Conference needs to take place before Oct. 15th, 2025
• Final report needs to be submitted by Oct. 20th, 2025

Don't forget to properly acknowledge the EuroCurvoBioNet in the publications and presentations of your project!

The acknowledgment text needs to include the title of the Action (or Acronym) AND the COST Action number.
